Terms of Service

1. Who we are

JobsInVision.com ("JobsInVision", "we", "us") is operated by Sliced Backhand Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms govern your use of the website at jobsinvision.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

JobsInVision is a job board for computer vision roles. Employers and recruiters ("Advertisers") can purchase job listings that are displayed to visitors, and recruiting agencies can purchase a subscription listing in our agency directory, which includes posting their own roles on their agency profile. Job seekers can browse listings free of charge and apply directly with the Advertiser via the application link on each listing — applications are not processed through JobsInVision.

3. Accounts

An account is required to post listings. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

4. Listings and editorial review

All listings are subject to editorial review before publication, and we aim to review within 1 business day. We may decline or remove any listing at our discretion — including listings that are misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, not genuine vacancies, scraped or reposted from other sources, or outside the scope of the board. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, including compliance with applicable employment and equality law in the relevant jurisdictions.

5. Fees and payment

Listing fees and pack prices are shown on our pricing page and charged as one-time payments via our payment processor, Stripe. Prices may change, but changes do not affect listings already purchased. Job pack credits are tied to the purchasing account, are not transferable, and have no cash value; each credit is consumed when a listing is submitted for review.

6. Agency directory subscriptions

Agency directory listings are sold as recurring subscriptions (monthly or quarterly), billed automatically via Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your profile remains listed until the end of the period already paid for, after which it is removed from the directory. Agency profiles are subject to the same editorial review and removal rights as job listings (section 4). If we decline an agency profile at initial review, we will refund the first payment. Fees for periods already elapsed are non-refundable.

An active subscription includes posting your own roles on your agency profile, with no limit on the number and no additional fee per role. These roles appear on your agency profile only — not on the main job board, in search results, or on our industry, skill, or location pages, which are reserved for direct employers. Agency roles are published without prior editorial review, so you are responsible for their accuracy and for ensuring you are entitled to advertise them; we may remove any role under section 4. Roles are visible only while your subscription is active, and stop being displayed if the profile is cancelled or removed.

7. Refunds and the 30-day money-back guarantee

If we decline a listing during editorial review, we will refund the fee (or return the credit) for that listing.

Beyond that, one-time listing purchases carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a listing, email us at hello@jobsinvision.com within 30 days of it going live and we will refund that listing's fee in full. This covers single listings, run-until-deadline campaigns, and renewals. For job packs, unused credits are refundable in full within 30 days of purchase; credits already redeemed are refunded on the same terms as the listings they were spent on. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and the listing is removed from the board when the refund is made.

The guarantee is offered once per listing and is intended for genuine dissatisfaction; we may decline it where an account is refunding listings repeatedly in a way that suggests the guarantee is being used to advertise for free. It does not apply to agency directory subscriptions, which are covered by section 6 and can be cancelled at any time instead.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service — including scraping listings at scale, posting malicious links, misrepresenting your identity or company, interfering with the operation of the site, or attempting to access other users' accounts or data.

9. Intellectual property

You retain rights in the content you submit and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Service and in promotion of the Service (for example, featuring a listing on social media). The Service itself, including its design, branding, and software, belongs to Sliced Backhand Ltd or its licensors.

10. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any particular number of views or applications for a listing, nor the accuracy of listings posted by Advertisers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the site or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or the Service.
